Customer Complaint Management System CCMS is a centralised system managed by Ministry of Power Division. User can lodge complaint through different methods and can track the complaint also.
Dedicated staff is committed to treat complaints seriously and resolve them quickly and fairly as possible. Consumer can enclosed the relevant documents along with complaint.
